the urge

sometimes the most intense urge overcomes me to just fly away.
sometimes i want to fly to somewhere specific.
other times i just want to hop on the first plane out and go somewhere completely random.
today i would like to go somewhere that is not wearily hot and somewhere that is not overly populated.
today i would like to go somewhere with people who love and care about me.
today i would like to go somewhere where time is not thought of.
today i would love to be on a beautiful beach or at the base of an incredible waterfall.
sometimes i wonder if i should make these dreams reality because before i know it they will be even harder to attain.

but rather than do something about it, i feed this lovely craving.

go there if you want to go somewhere. its so lovely because all of the places are disgustingly expensive (for the most part) to travel to (i have checked)
BUT they are so beautiful and some are so remote.
they have the potential to make my day sometimes.

the use of traveling is to regulate imagination by reality, and instead of thinking how things may be, see them as they are. -- samuel johnson

the boy who lived.

having grown up with this magnificent trio of folks i never thought that the day would come that no more anticipation would be had for the next movie or the next book. well dears that time has come and harry potter has come to an end. however he did not go out of my life in vain. me along with these lovely people in the photo all gathered together at a wizarding event! we had the weasley twins, i as fleur delacour, luna lovegood, colin creevey was of course taking the photo, and hermione. what good good times.

lots of tears were indeed shed, from me mostly. they were tears of happiness, tears of sadness, and soon just tears. i couldnt stop them. i just am so happy that i could be a part of this fantasy land and that Professor Dumbledore could shed some of his light upon me.

i just am waiting for the day that another set of books completely removes me from this world and takes me to a maybe not better place, but a place where i feel as though i could spend lots of years happy and sad.

in the meantime talk in a british accent it makes life fun. make up spells that makes the moon come up faster, and realise that there is magic all around us although we may not see it.

and this is sirius. seriously. this man was so great! and i think sirius may or may not be my favorite man.

if you have any book suggestions for a lonley book reader i am ready and willing for any and all opinions. i need something to knock my socks off quick!

A well composed book is like a magic carpet on which we are wafted to a world that we cannot enter any other way.
