I have been putting off blogging all due to the fact that so much has been going on and every time i sit down to the computer the sun calls my name and i quickly adhere to the loveliness of the day or night.
wicked
FABULOUS. wow words do not explain my love for that production. i think i could see it a million times and still feel the way i felt when i first saw it.
but lets not jump to the middle
the beginning:
family trip to boise. have not done that in awhile. i can tell you this boys like to spread their legs out in the car! no leg room was the song i sang, unless my feet were up between ma and pa.
but disregarding the low room factor we stopped at Shoshone Falls on the way up. Gorgeous place i do love it. Funny thing is that i have been there before ( a long time ago) and for the longest time i thought that somehow we had been to Niagra Falls because of the massive size of it in my imagination. nope. there is however a reason they call it Niagra Falls of the West. So pretty i would like to own a house on the top of it. imagine falling asleep every night listening to the lovely crashing of water. and waking up to rainbows? dreamy
the middle as mentioned above
the end
the zoo
perfect day out
there was the most cute family of orangoutangs. the dad played peek-a-boo with us the mom stared and stared and i swear the baby waved. how fun. and there were loads of babies and such. baby zuri is so cute. precious elephants. and there were baby lemurs! just 10 days old. we were super lucky.
as we arrived the zoo was emptying because of rain. we decided to just go with it and although it was a slight drizzle it was a summer rain making it quite enjoyable. and zoo minus crowds is ALWAYS worthwhile.

a pretty good view of the falls. and some pretty awesome cliffs to go cliff jumping off of. if only if only.

moi familia
